    I am going to digging in Virginia this Spring and would love to get some feedback on what people are using in that soil. I usually hunt my PA soil in a modified "Hi Pro" setting or a "Deep Silver" setting. I plan on using the "Relic" program but would love some tips on what types of tweaks work...

    Do you guy's get get a totally diff. VDI when you switch to analyze mode from when you are in search mode. Seems I do at times? Could just be ground conditions.

    VDI 54 I don't believe it-silver

    I dug a Merc at about 7 inches yesterday. The VDI was a solid 54 as well. Also a nice narrow hump with Blue on top. As stated above - the "dig everything" senerio will never change.

    I was actually surprised to see a Vermont this far south. I seem to find more British colonial coinage than American minted coinage.

    Found a Vermont Copper today at an old colonial spot that me and a buddy have hit hard in the past. Was in Hi Pro Mixed mode w/turbo boost on. Gave me the edge I needed.
