    1270 Coils

    Hello folks. Have not posted on here since I let a friend have my 1265x. I just picked up a mint 1270 Anniversary Edition and I need a 10.5 inch coil for it. Is the 10.5 inch coil for the 1270 the same as the 10.5 inch coils for the 1265x? Thanks in advance!

    Vaquero discrimination

    Some of us folks over on the Metal Detecting Forum are doing a test with a pulltab. So, while doing the test today I found that my Vaquero would not disc out a pulltab till it got to the first mark past Tab and maybe a little past that.     Short Sunday hunt with the "V"

    Went for a short hunt Sunday. Not much, but better than nothing. Don't know what's in that quartz yet, but nearly blew the speakers out of the headphones. The new V is a beast supertuned.

    ID Help

    Can't figure this one out. Never seen one with the raised ridges running the lenght of the bullet. There are seven of the ridges the same width apart on the bullet. Thanks.
