Finding Gold Jewelry xp deus 2

I think you can up your range a little more because I have found several large gold rings in the low eighties and a 22 K ring at 91. Just a tip.

    Todays finds....

Nice haul, never found a challenge coin either. It always surprises me too when I find more quarters than dimes.

    WS6 will not power on

Yes, you are right about that. I boned up on the 3.7 volt batteries and previously was comparing them with a much larger capacity battery in my mind. They live quite comfortably within their range and sensitive to overcharge/ under charge and temperature change during charge conditions. His...

    WS6 will not power on

Yea a new battery will probably make it work again. It’s easy to solder to a battery without a lot of heat. Trick is to burnish it with sandpaper and add a touch of solder flux. I think Sube hit on something where things have been asleep and need some coaxing by charging a little than again till...

    WS6 will not power on

I wouldn’t believe that would effect power on since configuration and pairing can only be done after power on. Unit has to have power, switch connects power to circuitry, if the smoke stays in it might work unless there is a short then u see smoke and it starts to smell dead. Or it just gave up...

    WS6 will not power on

I don’t think it is a secret the battery is 3.7 v. Lithium battery so take a look to find the positive and negatives that go into the connector. Buy a 3.7 volt button battery and solder wires to it and plug into the connector. If it doesn’t come to life send it in. It’s either the battery the...

    Needs some help here

I figure u have gone to options and selected coils and confirmed your coil is listed and selected. So make sure you have the correct cord for updates and go to the XP website and do an update. Be sure everything is charged up. You can’t use the charge cord for updates I believe. It’s been a...

    Quarter pokey spill

My Monday morning park hunt yielded a 10 quarter pocket spill I think I passed over a couple of times before thinking it was a sprinkler head, and found a really thin silver ring that was masked by a couple of zinc cents. Wondering where the dimes are cause I usually find an equal amount to the...

    Good job, time well spent.

Gold hit record high today over 2700 an ounce, and silver was up $2.00 to 33.67

My nuggets are earning their keep. Think I’ll keep them a while longer.

    Why no manticore forum?

I believe discussions prior to people even having them in their hands there was a matter of sponsoring a Manticore forum. Why this one cannot be labeled Equinox/ Manticore is beyond my comprehension but think their would bring out more sharing of Manticore tips etc., if that could happen.

Last hunt at the silver field!

You’re doing a bang up job, hunt that sucker till the grunts are gone. Even if it freezes map out targets to hit when it thaws.

    Few hours of Hunting

I usually pass up volley courts cause the rules usually are to remove rings and stuff that can cause cuts while playing. I find most are not that productive. Years ago it was different and found lots of change and gold charms etc. otherwise you didn’t go home unsuccessful. Good luck you seen to...

Ever think we will see a smaller coil for the Deus II?

I reckon it’ a lot harder to reconfigure than it appears. Just looking over the elliptical for the D1 space for a battery shouldn’t be an issue, but we really don’t know that. Hope they get it resolved soon and the technology they started has more too come.

Another open space big silver and river silver

Aren’t you glad you were out there. Being there takes the cake. Once in a long while they pop up. Great save. Found a shallow barber half once that was stabbed to death before I came along and dug it.🤣

Monday evening Park hunt lean picking nowadays

Also went out Monday morning in another area and only found 1.49. Hard to come out with gas money any more. Junk jewelry, mostly dimes , earrings a little kitty charm. Some kind of Carp charm, odd. Checking out different programs for nickels looking for that elusive gold stuff. Thanks for looking.
