    Excalibur Battery charging

    Did a search but did not find much, just wondering how often one charges the battery, I typically hunt about 3 hours, on each hunt, should I charge after each hunt or go longer? With no way to check I am assuming that one should charge each time, but am I hurting the capacity of the battery?

    Just heard that my waterproof headphones for the AT Pro are on back order from Garrett, so I have a newbie question, does this mean that I can not water detect with the land headphones if I do not submerse them or do I have to have the waterproof ones to get the control box wet?

    Etrac/coil problem

    Etrac working for me

    I am having a great year with my Etrac, I know its not much but I have already tied last year with my silver total. This new machine does the job. Todays finds 45 Washington, 42 Merc, and 6 wheaties.

    Second Silver

    Broke the ice

    Broke the ice with my new Etrac, got silver and 4 wheaties at a heavily hunted park. I also dug $1.52 in clad. All in all a pretty good day. A lot to learn with this Etrac.
