    Why not just buy a external speaker with volume control that plugs into the the headphones jack? They do make them, I bought one for the D2 lite..then you can mount it with 3m tape or Velcro, and not damage the machine

    No, disc.. I don’t think I’ve ever run in all metal with any machine. I’m not kidding, that machine is deep, at least in my western Pennsylvania hard packed soil.

    I used a T2 on and off for awhile. I never run boost even if it had it. But, I've found some large cents that were ungodly deep, and the T2 called them with no exception that a large coin was down there. I'm talking a foot deep. No other machine I've used could do that, or has done it.

    Garrett 400 vs. AT PRO

    Never used the 400 but have used the at pro alot. I would think the 400 isn't as good as the at pro, heck I don't think any of the newer machines have as good of audio as the at pro. Kinda miss the simplicity of that machine
