    I heard that XP was merging with Minelab and will be rolling out a new detecting platform called the Equideusorx. The new machines will feature ground penetrating radar and 3-D color screens.

    Notch = Discrimination

    I was confused with the Notch versus Discrimination issue. I emailed the XP Factory in France and their answer was that when you Notch you are Discriminating. A Notch of 0-20 is the same as setting the Discrim to 20. It would seem to me then that if you are Notching from 30 to 50 for example...
