    Anyone know the difference 1265 x vs. 1266 x

No the 1260 x is not nearly a deep iron finder like the 1266 x. The 1266 X was a well known deep iron hitter. The1266 X was made hotter by the manufacturer to get more depth which it did, but the drawback was the 1266 X did like large deep iron too. All these models are outdated these days...

    Anyone know the difference 1265 x vs. 1266 x

Deep Iron was a problem with the 1266 X. That's a fact. Both machines useless in Iron.

    Designing a metal detector

Number 1 feature for me , it detects Only Gold and nothing else.

    Whites 6000 D vs. 6000 DI ????

The power is fixed , sensitivity adjusting does not increase "power". Same for all or most detectors. Too much sensitivity can miss or loose targets on trashy sites.

    2 Rings Day.

The spot is a honey spot , i think more rings will be there. Lots of coins too. I will be Back with CTX TOMORROW and work the area hard. Both rings were found with Rutus Alter 71.

    Park shoveler

Deeper trash metal junk like drinks for example cans mask a hell of a lot of coinage , can slaw is the second greatest masker of coinage and rings. This is probably not on your mind because people think iron is the one and only masker of coinage and rings. Drinks cans are pure evil! Guys such...

    Park shoveler

Three quarters of park and ball field detector users don't cut neat holes. I see it often. So many amateurs IMHO.

Tried my Minelab Pro Find 40 Pinpointer first time today , it get's thumbs up from me.

I would rate it 7 out of 10 for it's directional pinpointing , the XP MI4 would score a 9 out of ten. The more sensitivity that is used reduces it's directional pinpointing possibly. It's just another toy to enjoy and play with really. :)

Tried my Minelab Pro Find 40 Pinpointer first time today , it get's thumbs up from me.

The depth on in ground targets is very similar to Garrett Pro Pointer AT. i's good. No false low tones, Looks and feels excellent. Can detect a large coin at almost 5 inches( in air ) on max sensitivity. In the field air test was about 4 to 5 inches on a medium sized coin. There are 5...

Tried my Minelab Pro Find 40 Pinpointer first time today , it get's thumbs up from me.

i am Impressed with this latest pinpointer from minelab, , it's very fast , deep , hot as hell , normally i am critical of pinpointers but this one gets a 9 out of ten from me. loosing only 1 point because it is not recheargeable. Much better than the pro find 35 i had for a week.
