    minelabs bad decision on coils

    I agree with you on all points but you have to keep up with the Jones back in the 70s I was running a huge 10 inch coil when all the coils on factory machines came with a 7 1/2 to 8 inch coil . People would stare at me lol . sube

    XP Deus 2 coils 11 inch or 13 inch preferred

    Depth is determined from width of a coil not length so the coils will be the same in depth . However that hotspot center of coil will be larger on the bigger coil making it appear to hit harder under the coil (ANOTHER WORDS A LONGER HOT SPOT) . So the bigger coil will cover more ground at depth...

    The d looks like a d on the puck BUT I only had the # on the coil to go by and that d looks exactly the same as a 0 on the coil even with a mag glass . People should write it down so if lost away from home you well have it . If I didn't have my deus box I would have had to send it in . sube

    My coil # is 407043 or 4D7D43 tried both ways no go are there suppose to be letters in there 9 inch coil .sube
