    In fact Odans,it's one of the only coils I've ever used that's lived up to the manufacturers hype and given me something that minelabs own coils couldn't...........basically because Minelab didn't make a coil this size and shape.I think most aftermarket coils are just a load of hype to be honest...

    Looking at a lot of videos,a lot of detectorists spend more time f***ing around with settings,programs and ground balance than actually detecting...........I bet most of them haven't got a scooby doo about the effects all those setting changes are having on their ability to find decent...

    The GT comes up for sale occasionally here in the uk and is snapped up quickly........many still think its the dogs danglies.I've owned a few over the years and found a lot of stuff with them.......its still one of the best detectors out there regardless of all the latest high tech offerings...
