    Early Sovereign

It is a common battery pack, just have to make sure it has the plug at the end to connect to the control box. I have two Minelab XT17000’s and they both came with this set up. I borrowed one to use in my Sov.

Got this set up a while ago, coil and meter came with it, also a Coinsearch coil. The Seasearch coil is heavy, works well with the Sov. Have a 12”/13” coil for it but like the Seasearch. Works like new, just hums along.

    1919 Peace Celebration Medal

Thank you all. I enjoy history and our hobby fuels my passion for it. Love finding anything old with inscriptions on it, local or not.

Wanting to buy a Wilson ATD or Relic and coin select. Will pay cash or trade American silver coins ( real ones ) .

There’s a Wilson Relic&Coin IV for sale on the bay, a bit pricey.

    CZ/3D

Got this quite awhile ago. Has NASA Tom’s signature on it so I sent NASATom a text and photo asking if he signed it. He said he did and he thinks it’s the only one he’s signed. Did his mod on it, good for 12”. Have 4 coils for it, the FZ-12 being the 4th coil. Works great.

    1919 Peace Celebration Medal

Just got a 9” coil for the Manticore. Headed to the local beach to try it out, not hunting 30 seconds when I get a good signal. Searching over 4 - 5” rocks, it was between the rocks on edge into the dirt. Couldn’t believe the Manticore hit on it. Like this coil.👍 The medal was put out in...

Any Compass Detector Enthusiasts these days????

Not yet, would be nice to find one though. There’s a saying “gold is where you find it”. Found this ring while looking for a house foundation,no metal targets anywhere and this pops up. Using a Tesoro Compadre in the woods. Don’t really think it matters what detectors you use, it’s getting the...

Any Compass Detector Enthusiasts these days????

Nice arsenal you have there. Life does take many different turns, some for the good, some for the bad. Also trying to downsize, got rid of most things I’ve accumulated over the last 40 years, mixed feelings about it. Not downsizing in my metal detector collection, or my transistor radio...

    Teknetics/ Bounty Hunter Condor Professional

Here are a few models from Tek/BH from the 1987-88 Buyers Guide put out by Western & Eastern Treasures. These detectors were the most expensive detectors put out that year by anyone except for the Gardiner Treasurtron-C witch was$985.00.

    CS4pi

Good detector, been making them for a while. Lots of digging ahead of you. Takes 8 AA’s to power that small unit. No disc of any kind. Have the CS6PI also. Good hunting .

    Teknetic’s Turbo Competition Metal Detector

Believe they came out in late 80’s for competition hunts. Has George Paynes sweet tones. 9v’s useing 9AA’s with an additional one 9v battery backup. Have the good 10” coil on it. No speaker in them, so headphones a must. Works like a darn, fun to use. Has anyone used one?

Any Compass Detector Enthusiasts these days????

Sorry, didn’t mean to takeover posts. I’ve always been a big fan of Compass detectors, have 23 different models of Compass detectors. Used different Scanners for years. They were and are good detectors.

Any Compass Detector Enthusiasts these days????

Hi Mark, late 70’s I got into it, got a Garrett ADS Deepseeker with 5 coils for $100. Found many treasures with it as most ground was virgin territory. That was the start, have 147 detectors now, only 2 not working.
