    The warranty was long up, the slight diminish in performance wouldn't be a warranty issue in my opinion.

    So many variables out there SSS but here are a few of my experiences. My friend is still swinging his CTX 10 plus yrs original rechargeable battery easily did 8hr hunts day after day in March. My Equinox detectors do full hunts with 5 plus year old batteries. My Manticore a 22' model started...
