multifrequency vs single frequency for coins/silver only

In the last 3-4 years, I have been really concentrating on my bench rest shooting and have honestly let detecting go by the wayside. However, I have been looking at the 800 and it appears I will have a ton of catching up to do.

    Kruzer 5 kHz

Was wondering how many guys are trying the Kruzer on 3 kHz for silver coins. Used to have an X-70 with a 5 kHz coil that was just a killer on silver coins.

Thanks for letting me know. Not!!!!

Maybe I missed it but, I think not. Doesn't it just burn you up when you sell something and the buyer never has the courtesy to let you know it got there. I don't want a bunch of back slaps or hugs! Just let me know it got there. Oh well, USPS says it was delivered. OK. I'm done.

    Newbi question

OK. I have a total of about 15 minutes on the AT Pro so bear with me. Today while using the 5x8 coil in the front yard jungle I felt I was getting a lot of chatter as the coil hit tall grass and small weeds. Our lawns aren't manicured out in the forest. I raised the coil and shook the detector...
