Yeah you have machines total nonferrous range open you’ll get that. I am not doing that. Gold rings solo won’t read 25-30 for example. Least my opinion, But the hf2 coil will hit small jewelry alright. Real thin chains too.- squirrel1

I can’t comment on this entire system using in hot ground. These comments below about the hf2 coil. I can say in milder ground both the ID behavior as well as tone break tests can yield good info. Ok, More data here. This system won’t work on gold items that are not ring shaped. There are no dependable parallels seen sweeping these items.
