    Charcoal falsing on Geohunter?

    Scan said 'precious metal' at 7'. Actual target response was due to a layer of charcoal from an old campfire at roughly 1.5'! I know VLF's can suffer in the coke/charcoal and the JH runs on 12khz... is there a certain way to defeat this type of response? Otherwise tests in clean ground do hit...
