    Shaft pulling out of control box while swinging

    Has anyone experienced the E-Trac upper shaft pulling out of the control box while detecting? This happens frequently, and I am wondering if there is something simple to check that is maybe not locking the upper shaft in correctly. Appreciate any input. Thanks.

    My screen messaged " Unexpected error" to me.....

    I called Minelab, and the guy said that was an early problem that they had to update. He said I should go on line, and follow the instructions to fix this. Can somebody direct me to the right place to start this process please? Thx.
