    305 defeated

    went for a hunt in the scrub yesterday at an old town site , 305 was unable to achieve a ground balance here in most areas the few small areas were I could was @ 2 , would the 705 with its broader adjustment do any better here for me or is the GB window the same on both just with finer...

    Single cup phones to suit Tejon ?

    I been using Killerbee stingers on my tejon for a few years and there good phones just they dont lower the volume enough to stop me getting an mild ear bashing , Ive put up with it due to not wanting to buy another set'a phones as Ive tryed sun ray pro's a pair'a Kb wasps same problem the lowest...

    F2 battery rotation

    I just ordered an F2 and wanting to know if it drains the 2x9v 's evenly ....I owned a bounty hunter QD II in the past and it required that the batterys be rotated at about half strength to get the best use out of them as they drained un evenly ...is it the same on the F2 ? cheers

    12 volt Tesoro running on External Battery

    I am considering a small mod on my Tejon , I have a 12volt 7Ah Battery am thinking it should be ok to hook up as an external ..Ive been running NiMH 2900 mAh rechargables .....I know little of electronics but as far as I can find out through google searchs ...As long as the battery is 12 volt...

    took the Ace out for 4hrs today , found the tones to be very accurate had to keep reminding me self to check the TID now an then to see how accurate it was but most the time didnt bother just hunted in AM went with tones its a little rippa machine pick uped the 1800's Penny @ 7 inchs exactly...

    KOSS Headphones how do they stack up !

    I see a lota members use Koss headphones , how do there compare to detector dedicated phones such as KillerB , Greyghost ect ???? I had a pair of killerB II optimas but they didnt go low enough in volume on my Tesoros and caused my eardrum to reverberate , so Im in the market for a replacement...
