Recently we got a letter from the BLM ,Idaho state office in Boise, Idaho saying that we were missing a signature on a quit claim deed to a mining company that we filed last year. Coils Coming Loose From Housing

Minelab has replaced two 10 1/2 " coils for me because the coil inside of the coil housing came loose. When the coil was tipped from side to side, you could hear the coil insides slipping back and forth. The first one shorted out and took out the main circuit board in the control box. The other...

I was showing a friend my X-70 with the 5" small HF coil the other day and he threw out a silver dollar on the ground to see what TID it would give. We had checked some other coins before and they came up ok so I told him that it would be a 46. When I ran the coil over the silver dollar in the...

I just got back from Ganes cr Alaska for two weeks and I did not have a chance to use the X-70 to hunt gold before I left. It took me about a week to learn the X-70 hunting gold. By the second week I had the MXT guys with there 12" coils having me ID targets that were iffy. The X-70 ID's about...

Has anyone used a sound amplifier on a X-70 ?

I had to modify my head phones to match the way ML has their ground in their phone jack and I have an amplifier but it will have to be modified also to work properly in the X-70 jack. I wounder if the amplifier will help with the weak threshold sounds.

:detecting:This is the 5.956 oz nugget that I dug at Ganes cr the first week . It was 14" down and read out loud and strong with my MXT. I ran in the relic mode most of the time. The picture with the good spirits was to show the size of the gold only. The spirits disappeared soon after.
