10x12 S.E.F. coils. Is KELLYCO the only U.S. Co. that sells them?

Yes, I believe they are the only ones who sell this range of coils.
You can order from the UK but be prepared to pay quite a bit more than in the USA.

Yes, the Excellerator series is produced for Kellyco only. You can also look for a used one through the forums if you don't want to deal with Kellyco.
 
Also check on ebay. Sometimes I see companies selling them brand new. Usualy they are from the UK but they are much cheaper than even Kellyco, so that should offset shipping.
