wow, what a great weekend! I hunted saturday and sunday, and did quite well.

Saturday: Hunted with DiggerDan, we hunted a lot where an old house stood, and burnt down in the 70's. Finds weren't great but I got a sweet sterling thimble, couple wheats, then we hit an old house and I got an 1864 indian, no date buff and couple wheats. I needed the 1864 for my dug indian set...cool!

Sunday: Dirty pic is from all day sunday....I hunted with Mr. Stuff, and we hit several houses in a row all on one street. First house I got some wheats, and the sterling bell charm, next house was the awesome yard, right off bat, hole one and two were silver dimes. then several wheats, token, indian......then we went to the back yard. I got 5 indians in one spill!!!!!! that is a record for one hole for me! I also got a sterling salt shaker top, little 3" long sterling sword. Good weekend for silver, takes me to 175 silver coins for the season, and 109 indian pennies

As far as relics, got a copper ring with 18k stamped inside...lol
cool little cap gun, couple keys, headless lead soldier.

Oh and 26 wheaties....and ton of clad. as you can see in dirty pic I dug a lot!

Terry,

You are working hard at this hobby, and it shows that you are familiar with your detector.

I might add, that your location and sight reading skills are top notch, all the best:twodetecting:

Terry your finds are absolutely amazing. Keep the posts coming. I love seeing them!

Your user name says it all Terry............that is one great bunch of finds anyone would be proud of...........WTG!!! Hawkeye Jim.

Very impressive hunt ...you seem to taking all the goodies on a regular basis. Aren't you going to leave some for the rest of us...lol.
Again...Great haul.

Cool what a stepp back in time,

Really cool Silver Thimble. I have found several over the years but haven't found one for some time.

Would like to ask what your silver war nickle read on the E-Trac as well as the Indian Heads. I have owned my E-trac for a year now and to date I have not found either one of these two coins. I have found V nickles, and Buffalo nickles, and many Wheat leaf cents but to date not one Indian Head or Silver nickle. Thanks Rick IL.

indians are similar to zinc signals but ferrous number is normally lower, not 12...normally like 08 or 09-34, 35

war nickels are higher than reg nickels at least for me, 15-17, 16-17, other day one was 17-19

Like the Thimble very nice
