For all those newbies that may have concerns about the Minelabs with FBS, multi tones, if it's in the ground, your detector (in my case a Safari) WILL detect it. The rest is up to you to interpret the signal and your decision to dig or not.
I found this ring today which is one of many gold rings that I have detected with my Safari. Just putting in a plug for this detector and trying to give all of you (including myself)!! a confidence boost!! G.L.& H.H.

but whether it be on a beach (volleyball courts) or a park, it's always a great place to detect where physical activity might have happened in the past.
