Found a Vermont Copper today at an old colonial spot that me and a buddy have hit hard in the past. Was in Hi Pro Mixed mode w/turbo boost on. Gave me the edge I needed.

Awesome! Its great to see something from that early in our history get recovered!

It looks to be in incredible condition too, a find that the rest of us can only dream of, congratulations and welcome to the forum.

Thats in real nice condition, the v is a killer on those coppers and large cents, I have found several at a colonial site also using the HI Pro program

1785 wow Great find !!!!! . My oldest copper so far is a 1917 wheat I know some of those oldies are in my area and posts like yours are great inspiration .

Living on the west coast finding such an old american coin is a pipe dream. There's plenty of seated and reals and the ever so rare bust coin but american coins like flowing hair or colonials are non existant. I'm envious. :surrender:

I was actually surprised to see a Vermont this far south. I seem to find more British colonial coinage than American minted coinage.
