18"x15" SEF Coil ?

Yes i have one and Have used it Many times on my SE and my E-Trac.It seperates very well for a large coil.I deff found a few items I missed with the smaller coil.I used it at schools/parks/fields.If its a trashy site with multiple targets under the coil at once,it will take some practice to seperate. If its to trashy it wouldnt be wise in my opinion to run such a large coil. The s.e.f coils seem to work well no matter the size by the post Ive read.I have some vids on Youtube using the coil..Neswiper also has a few New vids on YouTube using the 18x15 as well.Hope I helped some. HH

I love it! The ground coverage and depth are great and it is pretty good even in trashy areas. Pinpoints dead center too. I definitely wear a harness when I use it because of the weight. Always my coil of choice when I'm at a park or other large open areas. Don't really have anything bad to say about it. Mike

Maybe a half inch. That spiral cord that came on it probably added unwanted inductance to the other coil. I didn't get a recall but was never able to sell it because it was one with the spiral cable.
