Found this old girl today from a site I've been going over for about a year now. Old VFW hall and library. The library was built in 1870. The VFW hall was in a building out back. A carriage house is an adjacent property. Previous finds were 2 barber dimes, 11 IHP's, 1 merc, 1 shield nickel, and a Two pin set that was a US Flag and a yellow flag that said "To hell with Spain, remember the Maine." Needless to say I love this site and dig everything being it a coin gallery and relic cornucopia.

Nice finds love when I hit a largie or indian

Thanks for the kind words.

I had to manipulate the light angle to get the best detail. The relief is pretty worn down and not good if viewed straight ahead.

That's a nice grab. Good for you

I’d be hitting that spot hard!

I'm hitting it every which way I can. :detecting:

It's getting kind of quiet at this point as I've cherry picked most of the high tones so now I'm going over it again and again digging everything as there are relics here too. Found a few pocket knives, 1940' toy gun, 1930's cereal police badge, buttons, etc...a lot of old beer tops too. Lol.
