I found a class ring from 1975 and it is from Duquesne Univ. Pittsburg P.A.. Is there any metal detecting club or individual that finds the owner of rings. please leave post. thank you randallburd

Do you have initials or name on the ring? If so, that will help you identify the person who lost it. Clubs are listed on Kellycodetectors.com and FMDAC.org and the Admin office of the University might be able to help you as well. Good luck.

Like the ring I found the initials maybe inscribed inside the ring. You could then go to a 1975 yearbook or possibly contact the alumna office that organizes class reunions to get an idea about the owner.

Thank you Grunter and Larry. from Duquesne web site I have an alumni group that will help me return the ring to its owner. I am going to call tomorrow 9-25 to discuss the procedure for returning the ring
