2 silver, 2 Indians and more!.........

Went detecting today with my friend Eric. Here are my keepers. 1901 Barber dime, 1935 Merc, 1897 IH (Full Liberty), 1893 IH, 4 wheats 55D, 42, 36, and a 20 which had been shot with a 22. Also got a kids bracelet, a violin pin, a neat old clip on ear ring with a bunch of pearl like beads that all came out when cleaned. Some actually fell out when it came out of the hole. Eric got a silver Washington quarter and 3 wheats. I also dug 30 clad coins, and 36 trash items.

I just wonder why someone would should a penny? And more importantly how close they had to be to hit it? Nice finds BTW!! HH!!

Some would put on a show by doing so. Others did just to see if they could hit such a small target.
I have a friend that can shoot them when you toss them into the air!

Hey, Mike and Roscue2, I have a silver dime and a wheat penny that were shot while laying to gether and they have a hole through both of them and fit together just like they were shot!
