a while back i went for a afternoon hunt with a friend at the local park, i found a very large class ring with the owners name on it, so my daughter found him on facebook and sent him a message it took him a week to call me but he described the ring perfectly and and the location he lost it at so i knew it was his ring i met up with him down town and gave it to him. i must say returning it was as much fun as finding it he was one happy guy the look on his face was priceless. hh

Thanks for returning the ring and the story. That was one big ring.......:yikes:

"Priceless" for sure. Thank you for making this hobby known to others that it's not all about keeping what they find. It's about humanity and warm hearts. Thanks again, Nancy

PS: I bet that MASSIVE ring made an ear ringing, eye opening sound when you're coil went over it. :bouncy:

EZ.....you run contrary to what the archeologists/politicians try to portray us as......a bunch of money grubbin looters.....huge congrats considering the melt value of ring.
