Nice video, Neb!!

Those signals sounded pretty clear, and not that hard to pass up. I'm hoping you can get a real deepie recorded that sounds like just a whisper. That would be awesome!

Just a little caution and thought I'd point it out to you.....I noticed that your first wrap of your coil cable is under (rather than above) your lower shaft. That could create unnecessary stress on the cable where it goes into the coil whenever you set your machine on the ground. If you start the wrap above the lower shaft, you won't stress the coil cable.

Looking forward to your next vid!

Thanks CaptN,

I remedied that right away. That is why I appreciate you folks on this forum. Someday I hope to get a "deep iffy" I've only pulled 1 coin out that was 9" or so. Our coins (that I've been finding) just haven't been very deep. I don't know why...and in that sand they are only 3-4" on average. I'll keep trying but it might take a while. I haven't been able to hunt at all this week, we started getting ready for planting and the cows started to calve pretty heavy. My wife coach's track so on those meet days I get to go pick up the kiddos. I hope to get out some Sun. afternoon.

Thanks Neb!
I appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos. Oh, I also enjoy watching them also.

Thanks you guys for your kind comments! I enjoy re-living the experience as well. It does take a little bit of self control because your antsy to dig it up and see what you got. Set up time takes some time because usually I have to go back and get the camera and tripod. On the other hand I'm the only one out there, unless the family gets to come (with small kids I just try and have a few marked). Did you see how my oldest son kept reaching for the Merc. Dang!! Money comes out of the ground, they see silver and people start grabbing for it. Its an inheirent condition I guess:laugh:
