Today I went to a friends house for a hunt and got a bunch of clad and only one wheat and one silver 44 quarter.
Not bad for the first time there.
I only covered a small section of the property
Hope the picture shows its my first time posting a pic. here and I took the picture with my phone.

That's quite a haul! A lot of digging. Now you'll have to go back over the area to see if there's any deep silver that was masked by all of the clad. Since you found one already, and a wheat penny, it's quite promising that there will be more older coins there. Keep hunting it!

Yes the yard is promising.
They found two IHs in the basement when they cleaned it so I am hopeful I can find some good coins in the yard.
Most all the clad I got was only an inch or two deep so it was easy to pop them out without too much digging.
When you hunt a yard this littered with clad do you dig it all or just concentrate on the deeper signals?

Nice finds. Thanks for the pictures. Hope to see more!
