3 Hour hunt with the Yeti got us each some silver and a big "whatzit" for me??:detecting:

Thanks James. The Yeti and I are gonna' have to start road trippin'. It seems like forever since I have dug a wheatie.

Our sites are simply depleted to no signals unless they are 8" to 10"...on edge...in iron...OR all three:surrender:

Thanks for responding James...and take care

when Phil and I measured that on edge Barber and it came out to 10 1/2"....I thought of you...and how you stretched that sweet Barber half for an extra 1" or so of depth:crylol:

Actually your half dollar gave you that right because it is a "biggie":)...while my find was a "smallie".

Man...I wanted to call it 11" deep...but to the top tip of it...it was only 10.5"...and I calls 'em like I sees 'em:biggrin:

Later G:beers:

Thanks DoubleD. Me neither...so thank goodness for the feller' who researched it for me and sent me the pics:thumbup:

Thanks brother. Actually I was quite please to find anything at all.

We gave up on this park over a year ago...but have simply ran out of places to hunt...so we gave it one last shot.

I need to find some new sites my friend...but I can't travel as my dad is not well...and family is number 1.

Take care my friend

Nice digs Bryce, glad you could get out. Just got our power back after the storms. All I will be swinging for a while is an axe or a chain saw. Good luck with your next park.
JDD

It was fun bryce, but we need to find some new spots to pound :rage:

busy bringing us drinks...then she can be out finding us some new spots:bouncy:

It's kind of a messed up operation she's running there...telling me there's a new 12 pack of root-beer in the fridge...then when I get there 24 hours later to drink some... she tells me the kids already drank it:surprised:

Nice silver Bryce. And way cool spoon I might add.

Thanks Bob.

My parks are really drying up but what can I expect.

I pulled over 200 silver out of the same parks that everyone has been hitting around here for the last 30 years.

The problem is that I just can't drive any distances over an hour or so to hunt and new spots...as my dad's health is not good.

Family comes first though...and it doesn't matter to me whether I find anything anyway. I just like huntin'...and the peace it brings me.
