He has been out so long I may have to give him a refresher on how to turn on his E-Trac
We will be hitting some hammered parks that are very stingy to say the least but will have fun never the less

Hope you guys found the goods.
It was great getting out again today... FINALLY!!! Thanks for coming down Ray.
Had a great time, but man was I hurting. Only an hour in my arm and back was killing me. I am so out of metal detecting shape.
Started off the day with a nice .69 cal minie ball drop in the park. a good way to get the excitement flowing. In addition, I ended up with 7 wheaties, a 1942 Washington quarter and a sterling silver charm in the shape of ballet shoes.
Just to give you an idea how rusty I was, the silver quarter was my first silver since 4/19/10 almost 5 months!! And in those 5 months I think I only had maybe 3 or 4 hours hunting total.
Fortunately my schedule is getting back to normal and I am looking forward to getting out more. I'm very excited about my up coming trip in a week and a half to Minneapolis to hunt a solid week with Michelob (aka Cousin Mike) Hopefully my body will hold up and I will have a few good reports and maybe even a few videos
