After about 6 months with the CTX and reading Andys book, numerous times I think I am starting to learn this machine. And I really like it. Here are a couple of pics from last weekend.

They were at a variety of depths. From as shallow as 3" and as deep as 9"-10". It was a lot of fun digging them. No buttons or much of anything else. That kind of surprised me.

Nice collection . . especially the bullet in the tree . . . . hard to find them and it looks like you have a great looking example there.

I really didn't do much hunting on the beach. I mainly went looking for civil war relics and I frequently traveled to do that.
