WOW Nice!!! Just Dug my first Barber half this last week, It was a 1900-S
I do like the cat as well!! Great Job:thumbup:

home owner was awesome. he said when I found it congrats and if I find a whole cache of gold and silver all he wants is for me to buy him a detector

Man this looks like the year of the Half! How deep was it? Nice find been a couple years since my last Half.

it was around 7" deep and a great sounding target. good and solid on the Ultimate 13"

Thanks ... this year has got a great start and today I got some kind of large copper coin ... thought it might have been a KG III at first but don't think so now

Very nice half!! Wow. 9-46? I was under the impression that halves rang up differently? Did I read that somewhere or am I mistaken?

according to my chart a fe of 10-11 and 46 on Barber halves

Never found a barber half but my Kennedy and walkers bot came up as 9-46 10-47. I think it's more soil conditions and depth

I thought about this post ion Sunday when I got a 9-46/17-47/1-43/12-46.... Was hoping for a half, but ended up being a 1942 Washington. Not Bad, but not a half!

Thanks everyone, still kinda on a roll got a LC each of the last 3 times I've been out and from 3 different places too
