A display of my finds at the city library

One of the great things about being employed by a library is the amount of historical research material I have readily available at any time. But it also gives me the chance to get my display into one of the libraries of a neighboring historic city. This is my first attempt at something like this. Hopefully it will be interesting to folks that visit the library and lead to new detecting opportunities since the display includes my contact information.

Awesome! Your 15 minutes of fame now :) And it can pay off with "in's" to other sites too now, since you are the city's "official historian", haha thanx for posting.

Thanks Folks, I hope that the folks that visit the library find it interesting and maybe want me to come detect their land

I think you have done a stellar job in that display, its not just crammed with finds, infact its very subtle with the right amount of finds and showing the tools of the trade as well.Anything to promote this fantasic pastime of ours has to be seen as a major step forward in promoting metal detecting to the general public and what a better location than a library.
