A good outing and one of the smaller coins I've found

DeepTech Vista Gold Gain 30 kHz

I know there are other great DeepTech Metal Detectors I can use but I'm just really enjoying this Vista Gold Gain at the moment.
Loving the super sharp audio and its ability to latch on to the tiny items, even though the Elizabeth Half Penny is a small coin I've been finding items even smaller also, it has got to the point I don't want to leave any signal, even the tiny scratchy signals I can't leave behind as you never know what could be making the audio scratchy and also tiny good items on the end of the detection fringe can be scratchy.

As for Coke, you have to dig and look as anything could mask a good items signal and that's not just with the DeepTech machines.

Great day in the field even though I was getting blown around by the gales we are having at the moment but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else, good days bad days I take them all for the love of this amazing hobby.

Do I need to mention much about the Vista Gold Gain any further in this article, well I'll let the tiny Elizabeth Hammered speak for the Gold Gains performance that was down around four inches with sweet audio.

Wow Ziggy! You are killing it with that VGG! My ground is frozen solid but I’m heading south in a month for a week and I can’t wait to put my VGG to work, The audio on this new vista is really awesome and the depth is crazy good. DeepTech nailed it with this machine. Keep up the great finds

John

Very impressive recovery Ziggy and beautiful little coin. Keep your DeepTech updates and finds coming.

BTW, does anyone know if the Epic 14" coil will become available for the VGG?

From the next week will be available the little elliptical coil Super six for Vista GOLD Gain. The next month - HP and Epic coil.

Thanks for the fast response RG!

I'm getting the Gain this Monday..I am not a park hunter or school hunter but I would think this detector may not be the best for that type of hunting and better suited for relic hunting. I also would think that I may dig more iron that has a higher VDI than square nails. But again it kind of makes one have to dig more targets and that could be better than always looking at a VDI number...this will be the highest freq I have used and I would am more use to a freq of about 14-19 so being 30 and more sensitive it has to be the software that makes the Gain hit small thin silver and gold coins...Any more input would be great to read I have a lot to learn
