I went back to the school yard that I searched last year with my explorer II.Last year I found very little.This year with the SE set at AM/ferrous I see why I found very few items.
The large button has stars,an eagle and the word BEST on the back,the smaller button has stars and the word LONDON on the back. Of the three pennies only one is a wheat
penny 1944. These Items were mixed in with old nails and one of the buttons came up with the big chunk of iron slag.
Every trip out is a learning experience.

Every trip out is a learning experience.....Words to live by .....I am still learning and playing around with this machine and this is why I like it so much.....it is not a try and get bored kinda machine.....if you like turn on and go then this is not for you....but it can be....but that is just a waste of Horse Power....it's like giving a Corvette to an old lady.....she will never use the Horses so why bother!!!.......going on 7 years, I believe, and have never been bored or never said this is all this can do?.....Haaa, gotta try something new now.....those words have never come out of my mouth yet....I want to try others just to see if anything can touch it....yes my arm is tired of lugging it around, yes I want to swing like a chimp on a vine, but thats not the way to use this Beast....and am willing to put up with it cause I really don't feel like down grading......
