An afternoon digging with some buds..........:twodetecting:

Hawkeye Jim

New member
Took the afternoon off yesterday to go hunt an old school with a couple of buddies from our metal detecting club............the field in fron of the old school has some good potential, but was on the slick side due to all the recent rain in the area...........all in all was a great day, hunting with some buds and Ole Hawkeye found (14) coins with only one Lincoln Memorial in the bunch (gotta love them odds).........three Mercs: 17-S, 40 & 43; one V-Nickel 1902; and nine Wheaties.

HH and Happy Easter............Hawkeye Jim.

Nice finds Jim, that looks like an interesting place to hunt. Thanks for the good pictures and congrats on the finds. -- Randy

Great finds, Jim! That's a nice afternoon's worth of detecting. That school is cool, too!

Looks like it will be worth going back there soon.

Congrats and HH!

Bruce
