An uncleaned find.....cleaned

I dug this a couple weeks ago, nearly tossed it as I thought it was just an old stamped decorative piece of metal for something, a light fixture maybe? It had been laying on the heater box in the bus next to the steps, and today I thought it was time to pitch it, not even sure why I'd kept it this long.

After I picked it up, I thought I saw a design of some sorts on it, but after looking closer saw it was wording, so it got a cleaning. Here's the results:

Guess I'll think twice before pitching something without taking a closer look at it

tab-nabit- Sorry for the confusion, I live in a bus, I'd just laid the find down when I came "home" one day.

I've looked around some, but can't seem to find much info on it, including Feebay. If anyone happens across any info please let me know. The pic makes it look like there's a "chunk" missing on the right corner, it's just too much sunlight shining through the window when I took the pic.
