Another good day with the SE

My friend Gary came to my town today and brought his SE, we have been prospecting buddies for a few years now and its always good to get out detecting with him. anyway, we had a great day the first barber I have seen pulled out of this park and on top of that we both got one. That makes it more fun.

Here are my two dimes after some deep cleaning. They were both covered with a thick crust so I had nothing to loose. I think they turned out good. I used electrolysis and a little tumbling then a little bleach to bring back the tarnish then just a little more tumbling to bring a little shine. worked well since they are not worth a whole lot but I like to see my coins.

That scan didn't do these coins any justice after all of the work I did so I took a picture.

Very Nice!!!!

Thanks for excellent day and many more to come. I hope you realize I now have to buy a pin-pointer. Did you notice that all the targets were next to cow pies, Suppose there is anything to that. Hi Hi.

I definitely got some better signals almost under the cow pies, not that it was hard they were everywhere. Maybe the cows are some sort of dowsing tools, maybe we should get them up to the claim.
