Hit that place some more as we all know you might be just beginning to scratch the surface of this area. Once you get through all the trash and clad then the good stuff will start poping out, but heck, you are finding stuff that isn't that deep. Slow and low is the game and HH on your next outing at this place.

I alway hit the cardio hard though and can still do sub 6 minute miles. Being in shape definitely helps, it allows you to hit the steep hillsides and crash through brush and walk long distances and have confidence to get to places others would avoid. The only physical problem I ever had was a "detecting elbow" experience during the first two weeks I owned my Explorer holy cow did that ever hurt but I just worked through it and it went away eventually .
