Moved off a little distance from where I had dug the 1840 Seated dime last week and once again, targets were few. Did, though, dig 2 pretty nice silvers. The first that saw the light of day was a beautiful 1850 Seated dime that is in pretty nice condition. Shortly there after I hit the 1909o Barber quarter and a few minutes later dug the clad Kennedy half. The dime wasn't all that deep, about 6-7," but it was a bit bouncy, 72-77, do, I suspect, to being almost totally on edge. The Barber quarter I just knew was a silver quarter as it locked on 86-87 and was only 5" deep. I'll take quality any day over quantity.
