Any Compass Detector Enthusiasts these days????

Have you ever found a gold coin my friend?
That is my mission for this year. I have several sites that would be great candidates to have them. I've probably found several over that last 25 years...just never dug them up. :)
I'm debating in my head now while the ground is frozen and covered with 1' of snow, which machine would be the best one to find the gold coin?
I'm leaning towards the Mark 1 or the Treasure Baron with the GoldTrax module. My old Sov also has a really awesome all-metal mode that will help with finding deep targets.

Thoughts?
Not yet, would be nice to find one though.
There’s a saying “gold is where you find it”. Found this ring while looking for a house foundation,no metal targets anywhere and this pops up. Using a Tesoro Compadre in the woods. Don’t really think it matters what detectors you use, it’s getting the coil over it . Hope we both get our coils over one this year👍

Wow I can't imagine how you could even swing in that mess of ferns.
This year I plan on detecting mostly in all-metal looking only for deep targets in hopes one of them is a gold coin.

When I first started detecting in 2000 I was really drawn on their History. (Compass)
They made some really Great detectors for the times and had many, many, models.
Me I own 5 different models. Have sold off a couple of other ones I had.
Just curious if anybody out there still uses a Compass metal detector full or part time just to break up always using the same detector????? Can't go wrong with a Good working Compass detector in my opinion. Thanks to all that reply here and Good Hunting...
