ANY IDEAS ON THIS BUTTON #2

Since the last button was identified so quickly, let's try another.

This one also appears to be a cast metal like pewter but looks to have some sort of silver plating or paint still showing on the back. The cast seam on the back runs from one side to the other and is continuous over the eye. Not sure what the FS stands for. My internet searches have yielded no info. This button seems to be manufactured like those in the late 1700's to early 1800's but almost looks too refined. I could be wrong.
 
No idea on that one............I agree with you, I certainly don't think that style of lettering was used that long ago. It looks post 1900........
