Hello I dug this and I thought it might be perfume it does have some flower design on it. Looks at one time it was attached to a chain or something. Any ideas? Thank you

Thank you Chuck, but there is nothing inside to resemble a watch no gears workings at all. I thought perfume possible.

Just for the heck of it i push a pin the through the neck. well a tiny piece came out and it does feel like cork.
