[attachment 338953 Havinablast6149.jpg][attachment 338951 Havinablast6148.jpg]Several metal canisters painted OD Green found in a box from a estate sale that had several USAF items in it. Inside the canisters are a roll of thick plastic like material. In case you can't read it on the photos the number on the outside of the can is - B 6604. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure iti is not film, far too thick and no sprocket holes.

Since the roll is a plastic type of material, could be some real old old computer data tape.
Back in the early 70's way before hard drives, internet down loads, floppy discs, thumb drives, etc. computer data was stored or fed into computers by coded perforated paper tape rolls. Yeah i worked on some of those old computers.
So who knows.
