Anyone use a Gramin c330?.......

I bought a new in the box Garmin C330 (not refurbished) On my 1st attempt to use it it locked up on me. I could not even get it to shut off with the power button. I then reset it by taking off the faceplate and pushing the reset button. Now when powering the unit up it only goes to the Garmin start up screen and locks up. In order for me to turn it off I have to take the faceplate off and reset it to shut it off. What a piece of crap!! Any one else have the same problem? And did you have to send it in? Help!
 
I have had a Gramin c330 for the past 6 months now and never had a problem with it. I really like it and all it's features and very easy to use! Sounds like you got a lemon. I would think that if it is still under warranty, Garmin Industries would resolve the problem for you.
