I just wanted to say, Thank You, for your five year guarantee.

I want you to know it was because of your five year guarantee that I bought my F-75 five years ago. It was expensive for me, but because you had the confidence to back your product for 5 years, I did buy your product. I did send my F-75 to you three times during that time and I really have to say, you rock! The turn around all three times was fast, Felix in repair was professional to the max and the machine came back better each time.

So... for the last time I have received my repaired F-75 and it is ready to go for this season (new 11" coil) and I want you to know First Texas, I'll be buying another MD from you in the future as a result of the good service I've had from you when I needed good service from you.

Please keep offering a five year guarantee on your products. I won't buy from other companies who offer a one or two year guarantee anymore. I don't care how good the machine is. Quality backed by a quality warranty is what I'm buying and I'm sticking with Fisher/First Texas who have proven their service and their product is first rate.

I am sending in my Teknetics T2 tomorrow for a look see on a couple of issues. I hope the service is a good as your experiences have been.
 
The Fisher/First Texas service is outstanding.

I purchased my F75 when the model was first released and sent it in for the $50 upgrade and twice more for other issues.

It's very obvious that customer service is a priority -- Felix is "The Man".
