The lot is where there about 16 apartment houses torn down in an older area of the town, my brother and I nicknamed it the trashpit a long time ago cause of the amount that's there. It's the first time I've had the MXT out since I bought my V3i on May 13 and the old MXT just shined like a star. To date I've found more awesome finds with it than any other detector I've had, I should haven't neglected it so long.
