Any idea what the time delay is? I was thinking, maybe capturing a bullet as it leaves the muzzle.

Don't really know the time delay....It's pretty quick but don't know if it would catch the bullet. There are probably proper circuits out there that would do it but I bought one and modified it.

I figured you meant that! I've burned up bugs on the ceiling with it but if I'm outside I have to be careful not to aim it up to the sky if it's clear....there might be a plane passing and they frown on blinding the pilots like some idiots do!
