Was sitting quiet the last couple of weeks, nervous as he!!. Just got back from my first colonoscopy and if I could have, I would've ran outta that hospital. Doc tells me all's well down south but my voice is a few decibals higher. Thanks for the push Royal......it actually proved to be no big deal. Got some catching up to do the next few days.

Colon Cancer can pretty much be prevented with that simple test and so many will not get it. It is stupid. What the hell, I don't like it either but I figure getting colon cancer is sorta bad too. Good for you. I like the pic. The beauty and the beast for sure

I cannot tell you how many of those plus the sigmoidoscopy I have had. As much as I hate to say it, after a while, they become very routine and boring.[ And THAT tells you just how many I have had : }
