Back problems?

Question for anyone.. when do the lower back problems stop when detecting?? I get swinging and my lower back kills in minutes! I know I'm over weight some, ok, more than "some" but still.. I've always had a strong back. I have always been careful when lifting etc.. always careful period when it comes to my back. But this is killing me! I try to just keep going and hoping that it will eventually work itself out.

Adjustment of the rod length will make a difference... Adjust till standing straight, and no bend in elbow....arm straight down with coil in front of feet..

I already have it fully extended.. wish it was 2 inches longer! And I'm not that tall.. not even 6 feet...

I think my main problem is that I have a weak core.. a stronger front helps a stronger back..

Yep, to have a strong back and to keep from injuring it, your stomach muscles have to be strong. Equal pull all around when the muscles are contracted... keeps the spinal column from being shifted ever so slightly, make sense?

I agree I hit the gym 4 or more times a week and eat pretty clean and it pays off now I don't look like Schwarzenegger But I look and feel pretty good:thumbup:

I would invest in a Swingy Thingy, I have a Lumbago problem but the Swingy Thingy

allows me to use my heavy detectors for several hours without the back pain.

One of the best things I have ever purchased:thumbup:
